The Accidentals & Trinitones

Concert

Saturday, 14 March 2026 at 7pm

Join us on Saturday, 14 March 2026 at 7pm for an evening celebrating the best of university Irish and Scottish a cappella with a concert by The Accidentals and Trinitones.

The Accidentals are the University of St Andrew’s oldest all-female a cappella group. Known for their killer harmonies and exciting arrangements, the Accidentals promote their essential message of women’s empowerment by honouring iconic artists and putting their own stamp on every song they perform. Competing and placing in the both International Quarterfinals and Scottish Championship of A cappella for many years, The Accidentals are bound together by a strong sense of sisterhood and love for a cappella.

Trinitones are Ireland’s leading a cappella group, and Ireland’s favourite Katy Perry tribute act. With a number of viral videos, including Beautiful Girls and Where Is My Husband, they have performed for audiences all over Ireland and across the world. They spent the summer touring the United States, where they performed at Yankee Stadium and as part of 4th of July celebrations in New Orleans, finishing it off with a performance at Ireland’s largest music festival, Electric Picnic.

Doors and complimentary wine reception at 6:30pm. Concert begins at 7pm.

Tickets are €5.

The James Joyce Centre is supported by the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport.
