If you’re organising a Bloomsday event, we want to know about it.
It doesn’t matter to us whether it’s big or small, whether you’re here in Dublin or all the way off in South America, we know that Joyce has managed to reach all corners of the globe.
Bloomsday, June 16th, is an annual celebration of that glorious day that Leopold Bloom set off on his stroll around Dublin city, and every year Joyceans worldwide commemorate one of the most famous days in literature.
These events are not just confined to Dublin or Ireland even, they’re held by arts organisations, Irish communities and lovers of Joyce across the globe.
The James Joyce Centre’s website receives an enormous amount of traffic every year, most especially in the run up to Bloomsday.
List your event
If you are organising an event, please fill in the form hosted on the following page: Bloomsday Event Form, and we’ll put your event details up on the site.
Please note the following:
Bloomsday is our busiest time of year, therefore our resources which are limited at the best of times, are extremely limited in June, so it may take some time before your event is listed, and unfortunately we cannot make changes to listings once they’re posted. We also reserved the right to refuse a listing.
