Venue Hire
The Centre can be hired for meetings, functions, events, weddings, and photoshoots. The stunning period surroundings and quiet nature of the street make it perfect for intimate events, meals, classes, and corporate meetings.
We offer the following rooms for hire: the Maginni Room, the Kenmare Room, and the Old Library.
Please note that due to capacity restrictions and fire regulations, we are unable to host an event with more than 50 people.

The Maginni Room
The Maginni Room is located on the ground floor and provides a stunning example of Georgian decoration and stuccowork, with wall medallions depicting a variety of dancing scenes that reflect the use of the room by Mr Denis J. Maginni, “professor of dancing & c,” as a dancing academy at the turn of the 20th century.

The Kenmare Room
The Kenmare Room is the largest room in the building and faces west onto North Great George’s Street. The room features beautiful and ornate ceiling stuccowork. It is perfect for meetings, lectures, exhibitions, and seminars.

The Old Library
The Old Library is adjoining to the Kenmare Room and is slightly smaller in dimensions. It also features a very handsome ceiling adorned with Diana, the Roman Goddess of the Moon, and can be used as an additional prep area for events. It is located towards the back of the building and the windows face out over our rear courtyard. The Old Library can be hired independently for the same rates as the Kenmare Room.
Half-day: €200 Full-day: €400 (excl. VAT)
If you wish to hire both the Kenmare Room and the Old Library, the combined rate would be €300 for a half-day and €650 for a full day (excl. VAT).
